In the middle of a contentious custody battle, Jeremy Renner’s ex-wife Sonni Pacheco has confirmed that the actor previously attempted to murder both her and himself.
As per reports documented in court, Pacheco, who wedded and separated from Renner in 2014, expressed that the entertainer purportedly put a firearm in his mouth and endeavored to shoot himself, as per TMZ.
The 28-year-old Canadian model said Renner ultimately shot the roof while their little daughter, Ava, slept off in her bed.
Additionally, Pacheco accuses Renner of using drugs and launching a vicious attack.
Ava is now under the joint guardianship of the ex-couple, but Pacheco has filed an appeal with the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, asking for sole custody.
Renner has also submitted court documents throughout this same period, alleging that Pacheco has emotional health problems.
He claimed that Pacheco is looking for “cash grab” because he is upset over their failed marriage.

“The court should decide this issue. It’s important to keep in mind that Sonni’s performance is an uneven record created with a specific goal in mind, according to his spokesperson.
This incident regarding Jeremy Renner’s wife will be the subject of a trial on November 7.

On the Disney+ website-based feature, a Hawkeye miniseries is now in production, and Jeremy Renner is attached to star. The performer will reprise his role as Marvel’s Clint Barton, the bowman.
