If press sources from Beijing are to be believed, singer and K pop idol Kris Wu is facing trouble with the law due to the rape charges on him, his trial happened on the 10th of June in People’s district court of Beijing as claimed by Xinhua News Agency, it is quite possible that the singer might face a sentence of about 3 to 10 years if proven guilty.
Keeping in view the woman’s honor and dignity, the court proceedings are shut from the public to protect her identity who accused Kris Wu of the assault, the court is yet to give a final verdict on the matter.
Kris Wu’s Arrest
A social media influencer going by the name of Du Meizhu had also accused Wu back last year, she went on to say how he would bring home girls in the name of interviews and auditions and then would try to arm twist them to get sexual favors and in August last year Wu was brought in by the police on the charges and suspicion of Rape.
