Football star Christiano Ronaldo has finally emerged victorious in the lawsuit filed against him by ex-model and school teacher Kathryn Mayorga, accusing him of raping her in 2009 in a hotel.

The case was in headlines everywhere and now has finally been dismissed by a United States Judge in Las Vegas, Texas, ruling in favor of the Manchester United Player.

Mayorga had been claiming in the press and media for a while that the football player Ronaldo had violated her in a hotel in 2009, recently she went ahead and filed a case to seek legal action against him.

According to Mayorga, she and Ronaldo met each other in 2009 in the VIP area of the Rain Nightclub, she claims she was raped in a hotel afterwards, she further goes on to say that she was traumatized and suffered from depression and other mental health problems as well.

The Manchester Player always denied the allegations very strongly and said what Mayorga alleges him is against his beliefs and principles, he has been steadfast and focused in clearing his name and reputation out of this, as per reports from the Sun, Mayorga wanted Ronaldo to pay her 56 million Euros as damage compensation, with the case now resting in his favor, he tweets from his twitter account “Justice Prevails.”

US District Judge Jennifer Dorsey of Las Vegas had been handling the whole matter of this alleged rape case It appears she had already decided the verdict of the case. Dorsey went as far to out rightly dismiss the case.

Dorsey clearly mentioned in her 42 page order that the lawyer hired by Mayorga, Stovall tried to engage in using leaked and stolen documents for the case, and using them to further damage the player’s reputation and harm his image.
