Rapper DaBaby is facing criminal charges following a scuffle. According to the alleged victim, DaBaby assaulted him when he attempted to stop him and his entourage from filming a music video on his land. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has charged Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, better known by his stage name DaBaby, with felony violence.

The proprietor of the establishment, Gary Pagar, is said to have received major injuries as a result of DaBaby’s claimed assault. The incident occurred in early December of the previous year. Thank god Awute, who was there at the time of the incident, was also charged. Prosecutors claim he was DaBaby’s accomplice at the time the crime was committed. A felony robbery accusation was filed against the rapper’s accomplice.

Gary Pagar filed a complaint against DaBaby in February of this year. He said the rapper assaulted him because he was enforcing fundamental property and leasing laws at his residence. According to rumours, DaBaby and his crew reserved a large pad in Los Angeles that was managed by Pagar.

Pagar alleges he made it plain to DB and his friends that the residence had a guest limit and that no more than 12 individuals should be present. According to the property owner, DB’s management staff agreed to his terms and created a leasing agreement.

The Rockstar musician and his buddies rented the property for a week.

Pagar goes on to say that he became aware that his property was occupied by more than 12 persons at some time. He goes on to say that he complained to DaBaby’s crew, who told him that DB and his group would not be staying at his residence for long. The owner, on the other hand, took it upon himself to handle the situation and paid a visit to the location on December 2nd.

Pagar noticed DaBaby was recording a music video as soon as he arrived. He claims that the location was occupied by a film team of more than 40 persons. Pagar was attacked by the team when he attempted to speak with DaBaby. On the camera, a fragment of the assault was captured. He claims DB sucker-punched him in the face, knocking out one of his teeth. Pagar reported DB and his associates to the authorities, and it appears that they are pursuing them aggressively.
