CBS News Anchor was suspended after stammering and slurring. What was the scenario with Heather Kovar?

Recently a local news anchor has been suspended after she appeared in the ‘train wreck’ broadcast. She was slurring and stammering through the night news bulletin. Heather made her appearance on the evening news on CBS where she was observed unkempt and diverted. The incident occurred on Saturday and the users raised their voices sharing their opinion about it on social media. During her anchoring, Kovar grappled during her lines and said,

“And so, moving on tonight, is we have to tell you also, you know, like other news that’s happening in the area, and across the area, in the nation,” she says at one point. “Like, I was telling you this morning, if you watched us this morning starting at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., I told you, you know what?” and many more incidents occurred like this.

Heather was stopped between the line, and she never returned to the broadcast again. Though Heather Kovar tweeted she will come back on Sunday but according to the official statement given by the company, they said she is suspended.

What happened with Heather Kovar on Saturday?

While recording the broadcast for CBS 6, the anchor Heather stammered and had jittery eyes while narrating. She was seen as unconfident and disheveled. She was also observed struggling while narrating about the natural gas explosion that occurred. She stumbled during her lines and to change the subject she began with Hello and Good afternoon.

It was assumed that there were some technical issues going on during the shoot of the broadcast as she was also holding a wire during her speech.

Kovar has been a member of CBS 6, another name of WRG8B since July 2016. There were lots of comments on social media raising concern for her. Some questioned her health and mental sanity. Recently, Kovar returned from the break-in in which she was spending her last moments with his to-be late father. This was said by the Times Union of Albany.

Who is Emma Quinn?

According to Kovar’s promise for coming back on the Sunday Morning show but she was suspended after that. She was thud replaced by another person known as Emma Quinn. The media asked for a comment on the sudden suspension of Kovar but she refused to give any stamen on that.
