Blac Chyna’s defamation lawsuit no longer includes Kim Kardashian as a defendant.

Personality in the media In the wake of Blac Chyna’s defamation lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner family, Kim Kardashian will no longer defend herself in court.

 

Judge Gregory Alarcon ruled on Friday, April 29th, that Chyna’s lawyer Lynne Ciani did not deliver a statement during Kim’s trial. He also ruled out the possibility that the reality TV star made any derogatory remarks about Chyna. As a result, the model’s defamation accusations against Kim were abandoned.

David Rhodes, Kim Kardashian’s attorney, requested that the Skims founder be removed from Blac Chyna’s defamation case. He claims that Chyna has yet to offer a statement or an example of Kim making a defamatory remark against her.

 

Chyna’s legal team, on the other hand, responded to the allegations, claiming that Chyna has a right to a jury trial for defamation against the 41-year-old actress. However, Judge Gregory Alarcon of the Los Angeles Superior Court granted Rhodes’ request to dismiss Kim from the purported charges against her. He also added that no evidence has been discovered to back up Chyna’s purported allegations against the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star.

 

Chyna, 33, has previously stated that Kim, Kris, Khloé, Kylie, and Rob had done her’so wrong’ prior to last month’s trial. During this month’s trial, a number of revelations were made. One of these revelations indicated that Chyna used a gun against Rob during an alleged physical struggle. Chyna then claimed that the gun was unloaded and that she was just having fun.

 

Rob also claimed that on the night of December 14, 2016, Chyna hit him with a 6-foot metal rod. Chyna insists she did not carry it out and refutes Rob’s assertions. During the trial, Rob’s mother, Kris, stated that she believes Chyna was attempting to murder Rob.

The Kardashians are being sued by Blac Chyna for slander.




In 2017, Blac Chyna filed a defamation claim against her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian’s family. She stated that her E! show Rob & Chyna’s sequel was cancelled due to the celebrity family’s influence and strength. She singled out Kim, her mother Kris Jenner, and her sisters Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner in particular.

 

Rob is accused by Chyna of uploading nude photos of her on the internet with defamatory comments. Dream, Chyna’s 5-year-old daughter, is the couple’s only child. The trial, however, did not begin until April 20, 2022, five years later.
