In a recent interview new digital Camille Vasquez, and brown Rudnick indicates that they are going to defend Q’orianka Kilcher in her case against the “California Department of insurance” in July where they say Kilcher has claimed disability benefits while working on set. As Kilcher received $96,838 in disability benefits from Oct. 14, 2019, through Sept. 9, 2021.
But some sources found that she was working on her new film “Yellowstone” between July 2019 to October 2019
She also claims that her shoulder and neck got allegedly injured while acting in films like the lost city of gold and Dora in October 2018
Even some sources claim that Kilcher got 10℅ disabled for her whole life after a car collision while shooting for a film this happen near 4 years ago
She proceeds to take treatment but stopped and breaks the communication with the insurance company handling her claims on behalf of her employers
Later she again starts treatment because she got an offer for a film and she can’t shoot with the injuries because the pain was severe
